From the uplifting citrus notes of bergamot, to the calming aroma of lavender, or the soothing warmth of chamomile, I blend these botanical essences creating a signature blend to enhance the effectiveness of your massage, leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalised. The Unwind & Relax treatment includes the full body including head/scalp, face, feet and abdomen. The slow gliding strokes help to calm and soothe the nervous system, de-stress, unwind and rechage, as you drift away into a tranquil space. Follow-up sessions will include a shorter consultation to assess your progress and adjust the treatment or essential oil blend if necessary and to take into account any new health conditions that may arise. After your treatment, there will be a brief follow-up with after care advice post-treatment, and a feedback form to complete.
